We will bring criterium racing back to the top in the Czech Republic.
We will create a team where racing is both a challenge and fun.
A team that balances between professionals and amateurs, sport and work.
Experience the thrill of racing again.
We will keep as many young riders as possible in cycling and racing.
We won’t let young riders turn away from cycling.
With us, every racer will find own team and racing colleagues.
The amateurs are just as important to cycling as the professionals.
Return to the start, this time for fun.
We pin on our race numbers without stress, but still with ambition.
We are a racing team for everyone.
We won’t just be racers; we’ll also be supporters and an inspiration to others.
Team, Crew, Community. A sense of belonging that everyone should experience. Victories, losses, goals, focus, crashes, and joy—it’s all easier to handle when shared with others. This journey forms the foundation of lasting friendships. Bonds so strong that you gain a helping hand both on and off the bike.
When we started, we had just one reason why all this hard work was worth it—to become professionals. Back then, we took the team for granted. But when we didn’t meet our strict expectations, we often acted rashly. Over time, our ambitions shifted, and time spent working became more important than racing. Sports goals were replaced by career goals, a natural progression for all of us.
But why abandon something that once brought us so much joy? Why did we start in the first place? What did we gain? The drive to achieve, unforgettable experiences, lifelong friends. Why let it fade to just occasional get-togethers where we reminisce about the "good old days"? Why not continue, but without the pressure—maturely, with perspective? We want to get our team back, focus, feel that start-line buzz, experience the highs and lows, the chaos of the race, the thrill of victory, the frustration of defeat, and the satisfaction at the finish.
What kept us up at night in our youth, what once stressed us out in training, has become a refuge from life’s real concerns. Now, it’s relaxation and escape. In today’s fast-paced world, we have far less time to train than before. So why not adapt to something fast and intense? A shorter but more exhilarating experience for both rider and spectator.
Now we know that we’d gladly embrace the storm of racing once again. Unfulfilled ambitions in our youth can sometimes steer us away from racing, perhaps even from cycling entirely. But in doing so, we lose a great deal—not only us, but the sport of cycling as a whole. Enthusiastic amateurs can motivate, support, create, and maybe even inspire young aspiring cyclists. Couldn’t they see in us that racing can be a lifelong joy at all levels?
We, Team Tempo Vision, want to be racers, supporters, and inspiration. We are not professionals, but passionate amateurs who want, even for a moment amid life’s daily hustle, to rediscover what brought us true joy—and to share that joy with others.
